Periareolar incision
- Resulting scar limited to around the areolar.
- Best for patients with small breasts and minimal drooping.
Vertical Incision
- Scar around areolar and underneath
- Best for minimal to moderate size and drooping
Inverted T incision
- Adds horizontal scar in the fold underneath
- Can handle large breast, and skin excess
