Periareolar incision
- Resulting scar limited to around the areolar.
- Best for very small reductions.
Vertical Incision
- Scar around areolar and underneath
- Best for moderate reductions and lifting
Inverted T incision
- Adds horizontal scar in the fold underneath
- Can handle large breast, and skin excess
